Error or Warning Message
I have downloaded the latest version of the software; when I try to run it, I get the message "Script error...." and it fails to execute the action. Program ends with an error exit code.
Explanation
This is a permission issue from the One-click install that we currently use to package the software. The HTML script fails to execute.
Solution
Extract the one-click installer file using WinZip, 7.zip or any other file extraction software. Once this is successfully done, install the .msi files one by one.
